Imagine the museum
Without walls
–a hospital w/out art
-half of medicine usa
Shares space economically
w/new art…
dispensing auras—-
-matisse brought his paintings
To hospitalized friends
To speed their recovery—
-I chatted a man
Who’s wife upstairs
Despaired within hr illness
–we talked & walked
Fresh art & heart for an hour
Then he prayed in the chapel
A week later he found me
–Said he did our walk
Twice more
–prayed again
–carried all he saw
Upstairs to hz wife
…Over hours
Fall full-up to spring
–family time
believing art
–she had turned
